John Bailey

Principal Fellow - Entrepreneurship
John Bailey is a highly experienced facilitator, management educator and consultant.
As Chairman of The Carlton Consulting Group Pty Ltd, John has extensive experience in working with senior executive teams and CEOs in the facilitation of processes for developing future scenarios, innovative corporate strategies and for transforming organisations. His clients have included Australian and international organisations in mining, manufacturing, banking, insurance, telecommunications, transport and government.
John also has an international reputation for his work in economic and entrepreneurship development programs in Australia, USA, Asia and Europe. He has co-authored 15 books on a variety of topics, and he regularly presents papers at international entrepreneurship research conferences.
In addition to his role at MBS, John is an Adjunct Professor in Management at RMIT University, an Adjunct Professor in the Australian Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Swinburne University of Technology, a visiting Professor in Entrepreneurship at ANU, and he conducts senior executive programs with the Graduate School of Management at Macquarie University.
